The only thing necessary for the triumph of evil is for good men to do nothing. We have had years of evil on the move and good men (the west) doing nothing. This is another outcome of the Arab spring supported by the Obama regime that is still killing today. While it is a tough pill to swallow, Syria would have been better off under Assad the last 5 years than in this perpetual state of conflict. And I think Assad is one of the worst in the pile of despots on the world's stage.
