The B-29 did not even get airborne until 1942. This B-29 was from the US which at the time was a neutral country. They should think about these small details in an article

Sgt John Steinmeier John, that would have been closer to accurate but it didn't even get into regular production until January of 1942. So it may not have been available in large numbers until summer or fall of 42.
