The problem here is, as has been true in past social uprisings, it has already turned into a witch hunt, completely out of control and without objectives other than to hurt everyone in sight, guilty or not. It is the nature of the beast and right now every man in the country is hiding out of sight and out of range hoping something that happened a century and a half ago could be misinterpreted whether innocently or with Malice will come back to bite him on the butt. Not that the far left feminists aren't already sitting in their dens giggling about the discomfort of the entire male population of America and toasting each other about their success, earned or not.

Is there any indication that this is turning into a witch-hunt, Calling things whits-hunts when actual wrongdoing is involved is also a old and dangerous thing.
