How Florida plans to help citizens threatened by mob violence

The photo associated with this article has been used many times since the "Peaceful" protests started this summer. Were I to be driving down the road and be confronted in this manner, I would be in fear for my safety and life. As I live in TN, a 2nd Amendment friendly State, I haven't seen this locally. With the number of people carrying in this State, the "Bad Guys" know if they start acting out in a crowd there's going to be something coming back. The 1st Amendment says "Peaceably Assemble".
