I actually think dude in some of his videos is spot on. Not this one. You can bring up the UCR. Is it a requirement that the UCR be used? Reported on or a 100% failsafe guide as to what is happening? NO IT'S NOT. This video tells me exactly what the UCR does, the same way when folks talk about EBT abuses, they mention minorities but fail to see that it's NOT minorities who are the worst offenders. The worst offenders are missing a LOT of melanin in their skin.
