It seems there are people in government and healthcare policy making that feel this is the appropriate time to address historical racism by giving preferential treatment to minorities. One would think treating the most vulnerable would reduce hospitalization and open up resources to treat others, but we need to put on our politically correct glasses for any other strategy to work.
