How to recognize an open leader when you see one

Yeah. I know. :( ;)

SGT (Join to see) - I was working from the article's 3 tenets: be appreciative, be open and be helpful. IMO, you meet all three but your comment seems to speak to some self-doubt/insecurity, as you indicate that you need to do a few more videos/blog posts. IMO, I think the article actually needed a 4th tenet - be brave.

(Join to see) - I think you still don't get what I was trying to say. But ok. :)

SGT (Join to see) - I get it - it's a play on "open source." My comments still stand though - as a student, you have the unique ability to 'translate" much of what you know into usable terms, especially for those who are transitioning into civilian life and need to get up to speed with computer/cloud/etc. type knowledge.

(Join to see) - BLUF: You've mentioned nothing I'm not already doing.
