There is some evidence that dementia may be a form pf diabetes of the brain. That said, healthy eating, cardio and strength training all help with Type 2 and may help delay onset of dementia. Also learning new things and keeping socially connected are exercise for the brain and help build new connections

MAJ Don Bigger - Ha ty for the analytical approach. I dodged a bullet, my docs thought I had Parkinson's Disease because I trembled a lot. As it turned out, it was the meds that were the culprit.
