Mars Share 8: There is a great deal of discussion, testing, engineering and more regarding what do we do when humans land on Mars... No one would want to wear a Space Suit for an extended period of time, so what do we do? One thought is to Terraform the Planet Mars... Sounds difficult, but really not so much... Here is one possibility to attain full terraforming... (Please recognize that there are many different scientific proposals for accomplishing this, so please accept this only as one possibility) It is a fairly short video and there are some that are an hour...and, of course, have much more detail. Please treat this as a basic primer... Enjoy!

Yes, it is one methodology and there are multiple... It is good food for thought SPC Douglas Bolton! Obviously it will not happen overnight, but I find it a fascinating project for the future... Have a great day Doug!

it could work *if we were able to increase the mass of Mars*... the best way to increase the mass is to start redirecting asteroids and other massive objects into Mars, and at that point, there wouldn't be a need for nukes (at the initial part of the video) as the impacts would introduce particulates as well as likely vaporize and introduce GHG's and other necessities, especially if we could direct comets to Mars
