As a recruiter that has been a candidate a time or two I completely understand how many applications you are filling out, how much time you are spending trying to find that right fit and Technology (enough said) BUT PLEASE PLEASE I beg of you take the time on your applications (Or any submission requiring your name for that matter) to simply capitalize your first initial of your first and last name! It is the simplest way for me to identify that you are TRULY interested in finding employment for the right reasons! #RecruiterTipOfTheDay
