How was this discharge over turned and you not given a dishonorable one.

It is one thing for hitting on a fellow airman but this guy just did a Haloween Costume to get kicked out! This guy was a Chapain's assistant which was a great thing! What BS for his harrassment and dishonorable discharge! I am glad they fixed this!
