Great write up. I believe not only did we train them in Techniques, Tactics, and Procedures (TTP) in a guerilla style war, but we trained them to see the big picture on how to fight a large war. The intersection of their TTPs and relatively new weapons is a Revolution in Military Affairs (RMA). An RMA gives a military a distinct advantage. I firmly believe the Ukrainians can work in small and mobile teams due to their investment in developing NCOs. This decentralizes decision making. Russia does not have a professional NCO Corps and that is a fundamental flaw.
