Political rallies are private events, and if event staff said to exclude her, then she's excluded. Having said that, there may be limited recourse available for breach of contract in regards to her holding a ticket.

Capt Gregory Prickett - What I'm getting at is typically tickets to rallies are not sold, their given in exchange for voter information.
If it was not sold, there is no contract.
If it was, than the term and conditions are typically right on the ticket itself.
I'm not disagreeing with you, believe it or not. I am supplementing your post.

1SG (Join to see) - You don't have to have a sale to have a contract, if the rally promoters want voter information, that would be sufficient for a contract to form.

Lt Col John (Jack) Christensen - for trying to enter after the staff told her to leave. That's trespassing.

Capt Gregory Prickett Where I live you get issued a trespassing warrant the first time. You only get arrested if you come back a second time and there's no evidence of a warrant or coming back in this piece.

Lt Col John (Jack) Christensen - when I was a cop, we would issue the warning and tell them to leave. If they refused to leave (or in this case, still tried to enter), then they went to jail.

Yes she does have a right to peacefully protest and she probably could have stayed outside without too much trouble. However, they could have been just as concerned for her safety inside with that message on her shirt.

SGT (Join to see) No, you do not have the right to protest at a rally on private property, they have the right to exclude anyone by any criteria they please.

CPT Lawrence Cable - Do you have the right to wear your clothes to an event you paid to attend? If someone wore a MAGA hat or shirt to a restaurant, does the restaurant have he right to remove or deny them?

SGT (Join to see) No, fund raisers are private events and the is no right to protest. The sponsor can make any rules the like. Trump events issue tickets, but they are typically free (and over issued), but regardless, can make any rules of admission they like.
