Ha, ha PO1 William "Chip" Nagel Getting over rage is not for the faint at heart. Plastic chairs are much less dangerous than metal or wooden when hurled :-)

This is my thoughts on video game rage.
Video games are supposed to be fun and I play them for fun. If I'm getting so mad that I want to throw a chair, or a controller, or a monitor, or cat, etc. Then I'm clearly not having fun anymore.
If I'm not having fun then I stop playing.
