I'm done here. I've told you the law as someone who has both enforced it and frequently litigated it in immigration court, federal district court and appellate court. If you choose to believe right-wing media instead, that is entirely your problem.

So, I was with two Hispanic women going thru the border. I get detained because I was with them... I watched them go thru the car with a dog, scope for the gas tank, and went thru all of our bags. I guess they don't see a white guy with two Hispanic women too often.

SGT Cort Landry - They thought I was smuggling at the border with Detroit and pulled me over. Why? Because I had a UW-Madison decal on my window. I was held for almost an hour while they searched my trunk and car. Lucky for me the car was clean and not loaded with luggage. Was a decal probably cause? You tell me.
