When I was at the Hill there were a number of incidents that happened. Two that stick out are when my roommate decided to "pants" a female cadet at morning PT formation and an instructor getting a female cadet pregnant.

Just because cadets are smart doesn't mean they always make smart decisions. Gambling, cheating and even drugs were as well situations that agitated our Superintendent. When I was there most problems were linked to drinking - may be time to make it a dry campus. Seem that it took awhile for this to get figured out -
