IMO, ICE should bypass all sanctuary cities/locales. If they want criminals, let them keep them.

"ICE spokeswoman Rachael Yong Yow denied that border officers had conducted any enforcement actions at the shelter on Tuesday." If this was not an ICE operation, then it needs to be investigated immediately. It could have been someone trying to snatch someone.
