Apologize ? For ensuring their security?

Have enough explosive vests kill or maim troops and you get to the point where you don't allow clothing. Stripping them serves multiple purposes. Degrades them, and protects those that arrest them. Also, debugging them is easier.
I'm all about this process, and I think that it's something we should implement in any foray we have in the future.
