If Trudeau’s climate policy seems absurd, that’s because it’s not actually about climate

Before you vote in November, think about this situation in Canada and what it means for those who vote for a Democrat, socialist, independent or a Republican who supports climate change and carbon taxes.

People in California are already experiencing this. $20 per ton carbon tax that will eventually go up to $100 per ton of CO2. $20 per ton equals about $0.50 a gallon additional and in the cold part of winter this translates into a $27 additional charge or levy on my natural gas bill which is a crime !

This opinion section is talking about how Canadian liberals (AKA extreme liberal Democrats in the United States) can't manage climate change policy well at all.

It's not about climate and protecting the Earth in reducing CO2, it's about being right and wasting billion dollars to prove they are right and you wonder why Ontario Canada has the highest utility rates in all of Canada? Its because of their good old boy club of crooked politicians went all green. The Brainiac liberals in Canada Shut down a construction of a power plant that was almost finished. This cost a billion dollars. They overbuilt the heck out of there electric grid using green power even way more than they needed and then they sold it off at a discount to the United States but their utility bills are triple what I pay here in Alberta. This is what the story does not tell you about how screwed up environmentalists and liberals become in Canada(the USA is next) and they don't use common sense and their supposed quest for climate change mitigation. They tax and spend. This is a warning to you Democrats who want to vote for a climate change Democrat or a climate change socialist. I live in Edmonton, Alberta and my gasoline, natural gas and utility rates are going to go up tremendously over the next five years because a 500% increase in carbon tax. I am the writing on the wall, I am the thorn ot bayonet in the side of "environment" liberals or Greens but I live it here in Canada and I'm trying to warn you all. There is still time, Brother!!
