Hmm, well the talk of climbing over the wall seems to be the present ineffective walls that are up in some places, President Trump's plans call to replace these with something slightly more effective. While almost any wall can be climbed over, it might not be quite as easy as this title makes it sound. The idea isn't to make it impossible, just not "LAUGHABLY" easy.
