India’s First Nuclear-Powered Missile Submarine Has Been Out of Action for 10 Months

Is a Third-World Country, even with Nuclear power including Nuclear Bombs, really ready to take its place in a world that includes First world technology? Much of India is still so far behind many other countries in terms of poverty and humane treatment of their own population as well as neighbors and religious rights, I have to question how ready they are for this type of technology. Accident or just bad training?
