Truth be told, the gimmigrants deserve nothing from the American taxpayer..we are a generous nation; however, support is waning for these people. If is so bad where they came from, they should do something about it and make it better. Don't come here expecting handouts when we cant take care of our own..

Amen. I do not want my tax dollars spent on supporting hundreds of thousands, (possibly even millions), with food, shelter, health care, and education when we have too many of our own population in desperate need of the same care. These people have not paid into the system in any way, yet as soon as they step across the border illegally, they have their hand out wanting our taxpayers to pay for everything for them.
Here's another fact that I was just educated about recently. When these illegals are caught, then released shortly later, they are provided transportation to any city in the U.S. that they wish to go, free of charge, by plane, bus, or train, all at taxpayer expense.

They didn't have medical care or legal access in Mexico because they failed to do what law required and ask for aslyem there.

Our asylum system is being abused and taken advantage off. Medical care or legal access are not grounds for granting asylum. To establish eligibility for asylum or refugee status under U.S. law (8 U.S.C. § 1158), you must prove that you meet the definition of a refugee (under 8 U.S.C. § 1101).
In brief, this means showing that you are either the victim of past persecution or you have a well-founded fear of future persecution. In the case of past persecution, you must prove that you were persecuted in your home country or last country of residence.
The persecution must have been based on at least one of five grounds, either your:
race
religion
nationality
political opinion, or
membership in a particular social group.
That's what the law says, unfortunately, our government has been way too relaxed on enforcing our own laws.
