Investigative Memoranda Summaries - Wait Times

From what I understand, SFC Josh Billingsley this is only a partial list, and that there will be more results to come.

I live near Houston, TX. For people already in the VA system, the wait times for appointments at the VA Hospital are not bad. The major backlog is at the VA Regional Office where they determine who is eligible for what VA services. I understand that they have about a two year backlog in reviewing cases. From what I have seen, starting with OIF, the VA never planned for or made accommodations for the large influx of combat related veterans. With the problem of "stolen valor," the number of fraudulent claims is also rising.

I have so much to look forward to when I'm finally out...
