Had a philosophy/ english teacher who had a similar mentality. While he was relatively young, I'd say 30's and thereby more approachable to the juniors and seniors he taught, he always told us while he respects all religions and political stances, he wouldn't discuss his personal beliefs while he was your teacher. He said, "in a few years, if I catch anyone of you at a bar, sure you ask me I'll tell you. But as your teacher, my personal beliefs are that, and have no place in this classroom."

There are a lot of professions this could be said about, to include my nursing profession. A good add to this is my patients never know my religion, even if the same I do not pray with them.

I agree, I don't agree with the young ladies chest thumping about climate change, but making a threat against her is stupid, she is entitled to her opinion, right, wrong of indifferent.

SSG (Join to see) I'm always OK with young people getting involved politically. We need young idealists to temper the jaded nature of us old farts.

That young lady is either one helluva actrist or she has some underlying issues.
