Great article. It sure sounds like the Kurds have the numbers but not the guns or the training. I suspect that this is an area where the US might be involved to counter Iran. Flipping the leadership in Iran would be huge for us. Not so sure that I want the communist Kurds running the show, but hopefully the CIA is already locating Kurds we can work with.
