Not that I agreed with the decision to invade, or his request for details, but this sounds like it is really about money.... reminds of REFORGER and the many requests from LNs for money.

Yeah, and the U.S. want help putting down ISIS and stabilizing the region, but I don't see many countries helping out with that.

That's what Mr. Trump is getting at.. their share of the expense.. Thry'll help as long as we pay the fuel, give them $$ to uniform and pay their ration expense. (It came down to us paying for the full ride..) Trump wants more out of their pockets and less out of the
U.S's.
