If seems that the Democrats aren't adept at considering the second, third, or fourth order consequences of their actions. They keep telling us and want us to believe that there is precedence for impeaching someone that is no longer in office. There actually isn't. However, they are setting the precedent. If they succeed, imagine Republicans when they hold the house and Senate going after Obama and Biden for the illegal activities they were involved in during the previous administration, though Biden will likely have plenty to go after in this administration as we are already seeing.
