I wouldn't exactly say it's Guerrilla War. Honestly, I think many people are waking to the fact that corporate media outlets are showing a bias. Had a four day lecture seminar, where I was able to meet with Executives and CEO's for large media outlets. I will never forget what the CEO of Journalism stated about current media. This is paraphrased. There are 6 corporations that control 90% of our media, you will always get whatever they feel their audience wants to see or hear, you will not get accuracy in the news, because they have very little time to get the whole story before it airs. They are more concerned about being the first to report something, and worry about accuracy as an after thought. The personalities you see on TV Media, are not journalists, they are personalities, paid actors and actresses, that are there to be a talking head, nothing more. They give their opinions, and people treat this as news, not as opinion, which is what it actually is... After further research, I found that in 1983 people were actually better informed, because there were 50 corporations controlling the media, they stations were actually able to give an entire story accurately. Since the advent of Ted Turner, CNN, and the 24 hour news feed. The story is only given as much attention to prep it for air time, and accuracy be damned. It's easier to apologize, and punish the person for the reporting than it is to just report the truth. The straight fact is News Media is a business just like any other. They want to increase their profit margin, and by doing so they have to increase their viewership, or readership. The best way to increase all three is by feeding into drama. Face it, drama sells, if they can proclaim a group is marginalized, and put upon, then they will generate sales by increasing viewership. If they can create a divide and keep people at each others throats, this creates drama therefore increasing sales. This is what people are starting to realize. CNN has been nailed in lying several times, and using crisis actors. Cue Hurricane Harvey footage where a CNN crew saved a guy in his truck. Reporter is seen running over in shorts and flip flops, the station cuts away, and the guy is now wearing black pants and boots. The guy in the truck is entirely too calm as his truck is sinking with him in it... Just saying
