An can be argued that Hillary Clinton is honest on paper in regards to words that she actually says. As a lawyer, she is also capable of swaying and bending the truth to further her agenda and cause so it wouldn't be completely false to rule out the fact that Hillary is "Honest".
Whether or not she is an honest person overall is a different conversation. One should know politicians are not to be trusted as their primary duty is to win votes.
