Is The National Anthem Racist?

Honestly, I was confused by claims that the National Anthem is racist. And, I would be willing to bet that Colin Kapernick was equally unaware of the third verse of the song, that he was protesting America, not its flag or its anthem. Colin may be excused. Not I. Not only am I a student of history but also born and raised in Baltimore immersed in the lore of the Baltimore of Baltimore and the origins of the national anthem. (BTW, Key didn't witness the American victory in that battle inasmuch as the bombing of Fort McHenry which Key witnessed was not the actual battle that the Americans won). That being said, now that I am aware of the root of the complaint, I agree with this narrator.
