"Take a step back and view your life and your person from a different perspective. Is it hectic? Too many things going on at once that you can't sort them out and it becomes overwhelming? Or are you a hermit that doesn't want anything to do with others and you are constantly pushing others away? Becoming a shell of your former self that hurts the people you love with the indifference and carelessness shown? Don't worry yourself into a mess, just breathe, talk to someone you trust, it doesn't have to be family or even a psychiatrist. If you feel that you need to get away, I suggest leaving a note and going off somewhere that you deem relaxing and calm. Think, reevaluate your life, don't push out those who want to help, don't hurt yourself or others because it won't make you feel better." That's advice I give and advice I would take.

You need some type of balance. Your personality type will help dictate where that balance is.
