Interesting model....I like it, I don't like the location! On another note, My company is in the planning stages of a self sustaining (off Grid) Community/neighborhood of small homes....not tiny homes on wheels but the stationary version on slab or full basement....I'm almost giddy about it!

Methinks he doth protest too much (like most politicians). America used to be that shining city on the hill, the place that attracted the huddled masses yearning to be free, simply because it was a shining city and it was free. Free of oppressive government. A true land of opportunity. Nobody had to sell it. We simply were what we were and people were attracted to us like moths to a flame. Then the flame died as our government grew and grew like a cancer (and just as deadly). Now, politicians proclaim their love of freedom and democracy while they legislate and legislate to destroy it. Congress has even gone so far as to enlist the bureaucracy to legislate, administer, and adjudicate laws on their behalf so they can focus on more important things, like getting reelected. We are fast becoming the Democratic Peoples Republic of the United States. Thus, as a look at this example of another politician proclaiming a "new nation" of economic freedom, forgive me for doubting. It's easy to proclaim freedom, but hard to be free
