No surprise there MAJ Andrew Ready since ISIS is starved fro cash they are looking for as many ways as possible to obtain cash. The "conservative" Islamic nations have long been slave nations since they consider women to be chattel and those who don't believe in the god of the Koran are commodities to be bought and sold. A couple centuries ago our fledgling Navy was involved in rescuing through purchase western sailors who were captured by the Islamic nations in the Mediterranean sea area and held as slaves.
