ISIS militants nabbed trying to escape capture by dressing as women

Great post...maybe they weren't trying to escape but just got caught.

I remember hearing a story at PRT Farah in Afghanistan about some kids were starting to harass a man dressed in a female burka but he had on men's shoes and he ran away. We did not know if he was a suicide bomber or just some terrorists scouting out the Medical Aid being given there at the PRT just outside the wall.
