of course they are gloating.... enemies cheer any negative action against thier opponent, why do they have to fight while other agents are placing thier enemy under siege?

That's my point. That being said, I do not think "everyone" who is involved in this stuff on our shores, knows they are aligning with the evil that our brothers/sisters have and are fighting in combat.
