A quote from the article: "The suspects in Rabi's death are anti-Zionists, the Shin Bet notes. The security services said one of the suspects had in his room an Israeli flag with a swastika drawn on it."

My understanding is that religious anti-Zionism extremists oppose the existence of a secular nation-state of Israel (or, in the most religiously-strict groups, oppose any such nation-state prior to the arrival of a messianic age). A vocal figure in one such group (of the former type; opposing the secular nation-state of modern Israel) is Meir Ettinger: https://www.timesofisrael.com/topic/meir-ettinger/

I haven't read anything that directly links him to acts of right-wing terrorism in Israel, but with regard to extreme anti-Zionism from Jewish groups, he seems to be prominent.

One of the great things about Israel is that we see its security services acting to combat terrorism such as the stoning of Rabi and the Duma arson attack. There have been some important questions raised in the press about its methods in interrogations, and if I were Israeli, that would concern me, but it is good to see Israel act to enforce a nation of laws and to combat violent extremism and terrorism.
