Israel’s Annexation Gamble Depends on the U.S. Election

Perhaps, the Palestinians would have been better served to have accepted any one of several peace proposals giving them sovereignty in exchange for real peace, that is a real peace without Palestinian rockets and mortar rounds falling on Israel daily. The eternal story over there-
1) A peace accord is signed
2) Starting the very next day Israeli settlements near the border are hit with mortar and rocket attacks
3) After months of increasing violations of the peace accord, Israeli warplanes strike the rocket launchers and/or the mortar sites
4) The world press condemns the fucking evil, heartless Jews

Then a peace conference is called, and the whole mess starts again. It always happens.
