It’s Boom Times for Recruiters After U.S. Job Market Tightens

As a 30 yr. Veteran of recruiting, in all settings, corporate, retained search and 3rd party consulting, I can say with a reasonable certainty that fewer companies engage 3rd party/ external recruiters and most recruiters have seen reduced earnings. Fact is that there is no " barrier to entry " which has caused fee compression and far more recruiters than real work available.
