Jack Smith Has Few Options in Trump Case, Say Former Prosecutors

Smith is a liar, a fraud and he has manipulated evidence. Even if he manages to bring his case and get a conviction, it will be overturned.

The Democrats had these cases neatly arranged to fall one after the other to slime Trump and keep him tied up in court and drain his pocket book. Appears the plan isn’t working

The folks crying about the timeline being too slow are ridiculous.

The kid who shot me tried to plead guilty - he knew he did it, he admitted he did it. He was caught in my stolen vehicle - 15 minutes after it was stolen. He knew he did it, there was no doubt he did it. The gun he shot me with was in the car - along with a spent casing. It was as open and shut of a case as you can get.

It STILL took 18 months to get to trial - and never made it because he took a plea bargain a week before.

Less than a year for a contested trial with dozens of felonies and serious Constitutional and legal questions being raised? That would be a miracle.
