We eat quite a bit of 'mabu-dofu' at my house. No complaints... Unagi occasionally, karaage and panko chicken... the list goes on. LOL! Gotten to be a connoisseur of a variety of rices (just found black rice)... and soy sauce never touches my rice unless its sushi... then lets hope there's tons of wasabi and ginger available.
