There is, at this time, only an offer to purchase. FiatChrysler is not likely to sell off the Jeep brand as it is a cash cow. Fiat, Ram and Chrysler are not so profitable.
If it sells, it will most likely be the entire company.

FIAT is hugely profitable, just not in the US, and the Italian government will say no if they try.
