Jesse Ventura's $1.8M award in "American Sniper" case tossed out

If the Kyle had no integrity and fabricated a "story" to sensationalize his book he is wrong. And Ventura should've gotten the money. Now with the knowledge that parts of the book aren't quite "right", I think maybe we should revisit it in court again and let them decide. There's three sides to this; I'm not sure which one to believe.
