Joe Biden’s humiliating gaffes show cognitive decline is worse than ever

This decline has been happening for a long time and it is not going to stop... Why can't people just come out and say that He has dementia... Where is his Doctor on this? My grandmother and my mother had it and it progressively got worse... The near term memory is the first to go and it continues to manifest itself, when the long term memory begins to fail... It's the near term memory failure that is severe as people with this disease can't remember what they did 5-minutes ago... We can't have a President who can't remember who people are and what actions are being taken... It is sad to watch a person go down this path, but so far there is no pharmaceutical or surgical alternative to correct it... No, I am not a Doctor but I have lived it with my Mom and my grandmother...

Joe Biden’s claim of competence followed by a terrible gaff is par for Joe. If Joe is as sharp as he claims why did he need cue cards at press conferences? The card identifies the reporter and the order to call on them. Was that because questions and answers were pre determined?
