It seems disingenuous to say you support the 1st Amendment while telling people what they can and cannot say

Right concept, wrong methodology.

I agree with the judge here, that this act violates 1st Amendment. 14th is a bit of a stretch, but IMHO that is irrelevant, because the violation of 1st is clear.

I understand the intent - prevent corporations from forcing employees to prescribe to a racial narrative. But A) thos is not how you do it, and B) more importantly, that is not the role of government.

Conservatives are SUPPOSED to be for getting government OUT OF the private sector. DeSantis fails, here.

Now... if you want to make it easier to sue for wrongful termination or hostile work environment when these companies try to force-feed this BS, that keeps the government out of the private sector and keeps it a civil matter between employee and employer. And it has no process of government stifling free speech.

But the current "employers can't say certain things" law is a go, preceeded by a no.

SFC Casey O'Mally I agree, Casey. Make it easier for the employees to sue the employers who push this crap. That's how you stop this foolishness.
