I totally disagree with the Judge. What is disgraceful are the so called "parents" who VIOLATE THE LAW and subject THEIR CHILDREN to the CRUELTY AND HARSHNESS of crossing ILLEGALLY! ANY PARENT WHO RISKS THEIR CHILDREN'S LIVES BY CROSSING ILLEGALLY IS NO PARENT AND THEY ARE UNFIT. THEY SHOULD HAVE THEIR CHILDREN TAKEN AWAY JUST LIKE ANY OTHER PARENT WHO IS UNFIT.
