Judge drops all charges against Navy corpsman accused of killing former Green Beret

I would have to have a lot more facts to be able to give a responsible judgment. Regarding the undo command influence, that I understand and understand why the charges were dropped wit prejudice.

I believe that there is more to this than meets the eye...

Interesting. Yet, the man is still needs to be held accountable. Perhaps a civil action by the victim's family.
