Something that somebody in one of his businesses did that most likely atriums had no visibility on, and now we have to look at Trump as unfit to be President? Look at what Hillary did and no Federal charges have been brought against her? How do you feel about that LTC Tennant? Shouldn't we as Veteran's be leading the discussion on personal accountability, particularly in our leaders?

It will certainly be an interesting primary. I don't know that there are two or three better choices than Trump though. Cruz is the only true Conservative in the race with Carson right behind him, but Cruz doesn't have the personality to win and people still look at him as an "insider", and Carson doesn't have the personality to believe that he can be a successful change agent. People are looking for someone outside of the political machine because they are sick and tired of "business as usual". While there are a lot of negatives for Trump, we need someone to punch government in the face to get them to change how they do "business". Rubio is certainly not the guy to do that as he is the "establishment candidate". We will see.

LTC (Join to see) - Your key point is the electret is "sick and tired of business as usual." Boy are we!!!! As a transplanted Vermonter in Kentucky, I am very disappointed in Mitch McConnell and his RINO leadership which has helped lead to this mess. And Paul Ryan is a complete RINO wimp.

I absolutely agree that McConnell has been a disaster (although better than Harry Reid). I had high hopes for Paul Ryan, but have been extremely disappointed in his "leadership" of the House! It is too bad that we have gotten away from the idea of compromise and negotiation on both sides of the aisle and have devolved into a "my way or no way at all" mentality. This has certainly been a contributing factor to the divisiveness that this country now feels. It saddens me as a retired officer to see the division that currently exists in our country, particularly as it relates to race, but also along socio-economic lines. The only color I ever saw in the Ay was green!

That is strange timing ~124935:LTC Thomas Tennant]. The judge ruled that a class action lawsuit could proceed against Donald Trump. There would be no jail time associated with this ruling merely retribution to those who paid for his seminars if that is the way the future trial actually goes.
At this time while the federal prosecution system seems to be dragging its feet in the Hillary Rodham Clinton server-gate criminal investigation.
In our litigious society is isn't any wonder that "The ruling by Judge Gonzalo Curiel means that a California businessman named Art Cohen can sue Donald Trump on behalf of anybody who bought seminars from Trump University after January 2007."

The judge ruled that a civil proceeding could go forward. The bar is much lower in a civil case so nothing unusual about it. Besides, the case was first filed nearly 3 years ago.

But it's still pretty good timing. We can't have anyone running in front of HRC.

Trump lacks the moral character and ethical ability to be the President. Too bad this lawsuit wasn't decided 12 months ago. Now if they would just finish HRC's investigation and move forward with that one too. I'd love to see a Cruz vs Sanders debate!

Trump has a distinct approach to his potential nomination. He doesn't need to address anything all that specific and he is comfortable with opinions that are all over the board. I personally wrote him off after Joe Scarborough asked him about his defense of Putin when Putin has had journalists killed and Trump replied that the U.S. has killed people also. Maybe he can cut his teeth being appointed to run an agency, but not our country. All of us who served in Iraq know where the rockets, mortars, and anti-tank rounds used by our adversaries came from.
