I still watch his show. I don't care what the fact checkers say. He is not chicken little. Yes, it is his opinion. Many other shows on other networks pretend it is fact when it is their opinion as well. This particular piece baby in opinion piece but it's so true.

Well unlike "news" personalities on some other networks, Tucker has never pretended to be a journalist. He doesn't pretend to be anything more than opinion based entertainment. More tot he point, the judge didn't find that Tucker's statements rose to the level of malice to be considered slander.
