Most interesting Issue... The Past 2 Democratic Presidents Have Increased The Hold The Unions Have On The Governments Workers and The Effect They have on Governmental operations If they Do Go Out On Strike. Not To Mention The Fact The Extreme Difficulty there is in getting Rid Of The Poorly Preforming And our right worthless personnel and multiple redundancy on jobs …
If The Government Was To Reduce Its CIVILIAN Work Force by 1/3 to 1/2 The Remaining Workers Would Be Able To Continue With Out much Of A Problem... Both Clinton And BHO Reduced The Military By 30% And Increased Civilian Jobs by 50%... To The Point There Are More Civilian Admin Jobs Than Grunts On The Ground …
Lets Face It We Have All Seen The Attitudes Of Governmental Workers Who Are Screw Ups and Unless They Personally Shoot Some One... It Takes An Act Of The Morons In Congress To Get Rid Of The...
Just Like The Morons Who Killed Off My Dad every Month For 9 Months After My Mom Died … The Same Idiots Killed Me Off For 3 month When Dad Passed Away 2 years Ago And The Same Negligent And Arrogant Morons Are Still employed At The VA, DFAS, And Social Security Offices... And Will Some Day retire with A Full Retirement...
The Government Should Be Able To Shit Can The Worthless Lazy and Incompetent Workers … And not Have The Morons And Idiots At The Unions Protecting The Stupidity in The Unions...

OK Ill Yield The Soap Box...

My son received a letter from the government yesterday. Today he received 4 more identical letters. All of which said he needed to take no action

This is a mess. I have to admit that I don't like federal unions or how difficult they make it to
fire poor performing or even criminal employees. So, while I appreciate some of what unions do, I am in favor of some stronger restrictions.

(Federal) Unions are anti Republic in my mind. We are supposed to have a small government, not a behemoth that employs hundreds of thousands of people - most of them triple to quintuple redundant. And the judges DO have to figure out where jurisdiction lies as this is not a states matter. This alone limits which courts it should be heard in. IMHO.
