Interesting. When I first began following "hacking" I was surprised to learn that the real "pros" weren't American. Why? Our children are weened on computers while many of the most adept hackers lived in totalitarian nations where computer access was restricted. How did they ever get the chance to hone their skills? However, if you think about it, if you outlaw something, only the outlaws will take the risk. We've heard this argument before, haven't we?
